Michael A. Sterner, age 79, of York, died Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at Willow Valley in Lancaster.

LEBANON – Barbara Elaine Ritz-Bashore, 80, entered into rest early Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at Cedar Haven Healthcare Center. She was the loving wife of Ronald L. Bashore. The couple celebrated 16 years of marriage on November 18, 2023. She was also wife of the late Elwood L. Ritz. York - Stephen Bear Stock, 85, of York died January 14, 2022 at his residence. He is the husband of Debra M. (Flinchbaugh) Gross Stock. Steve and Deb were together for 30+ years. Steve was active in the community, serving on numerous boards including York County Chamber Of Commerce, York Country Day School, Ski Roundtop, and Yorktowne Hotel.

Frederick E. “Wyn” Stauffer, age 79, passed away at his home on October 30, 2022, surrounded by his family. He was the loving husband of Suzon B. Stauffer, with whom he shared 51 years of marriage. Fred was born in York in 1943, the son of the late Frederick E. and Margaret (Downing) Stauffer. He was a 1961 graduate of York Country Day School and attended Susquehanna University. Mary Sechrist Bartow, of Manhattan and Millbrook, New York, died on August 12th after a brief illness. Born on June 1,1956 in York, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of Mary Louise Wilton Sechrist and Stephen Stanley Sechrist II. After graduating from York Country Day School in 1974 which she attended for 12 years, she earned her BA in Art History from Smith College in 1978.
