York Country Day School (“YCDS” or “We”) respects your privacy and is committed to

protecting it through our compliance with this Website Privacy Statement (this “Privacy

Statement” or “Statement”). This Statement describes the types of information we may collect

from you or that you may provide when you visit the Website www.ycds.org and associated

domains (our “Websites”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and

disclosing that information.

where an account profile is provided by us, by checking or unchecking the relevant

YCDS would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every

user is entitled to the following:

data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.

● The right to rectification - You have the right to request that YCDS correct any

information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request YCDS to

where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Websites, you are

responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with

anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the Websites
